How long do your candles burn?

Burn time varies depending on the size of the candle and usage conditions. Most Soul & Wick candles provide approximately 40–45 hours of burn time when cared for correctly.

What wax do you use?

Our candles are crafted using premium natural soy wax, selected for its clean burn, excellent fragrance throw, and sustainable qualities.

Are your candles hand-poured?

Yes. Every Soul & Wick candle is hand-poured in small batches to ensure exceptional quality and attention to detail.

How strong are the fragrances?

Our fragrances are designed to create a balanced and inviting atmosphere without overwhelming your space. Fragrance intensity may vary depending on room size and airflow.

How can I get the best burn from my candle?

For the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface. Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each use and avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time.

Can I reuse the candle vessel?

Absolutely. Once your candle has finished burning, simply clean the vessel with warm water and mild soap before repurposing it for storage, décor, or other creative uses.
