Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Soul & Wick experience.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to find the best possible resolution.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
